While at dinner I (mom) said the prayer. Among other things I asked to bless that we could be nice and be good listeners... After the prayer was over Cyrus says "you know that'll never happen" Gee thanks bud!

While looking at Cyrus' baby book I pointed out a picture and told him that he was "talking" to daddy for the first time and Said that all he could say was "ahhhhhh" to daddy. He told me ya I said "Ahhhhhhhhhh" and thats spanish. I told daddy hi in spanish.

There were many cereal boxes in the past with lego cars in them so Cyrus now knows that if there is a picture that means its in there. Well we had some raisin bran that said send in 8 tokens to receive this certain product and I had to explain to him that you had to mail it in. And emphasized the MAIL IT IN numerous times. The next day another box was on the counter with movie offers on it. Marley and me was on the side and cyrus says "look mommy we just have to mail it in to get a doggy" I had to explain that we wouldn't get a dog. He just kept saying "you just have to MAIL IT IN"

He's been playing "dead man" on the trampoline with the older kids and enjoys it. One evening Gabi and Daddy had gone to bed and Cyrus was playing nicely so I let him stay up. I was watching a movie and he was playing monster trucks. A commercial came on and I checked to see what cyrus was doing. He had all of his monster trucks flipped upside down and was walking a circle around them saying "dead man, dead man come alive before I count to 5 1.2.3.4.5." Then he looks at me so serious and says, "Mommy, Why are they not getting up" and as if realizing Oh ya they're not real he smiles and says" oh I'll go flip them over. Couldn't help but laugh

Daddy walked into the room to see Cyrus clicking away on the computer. Daddy asks "what are you doing?"
Cyrus " I writing a email"... "to Gramma and PaPa"

Cyrus (pointing to a white wall) "mommy , see that dinosaur"
I look and say "I don't see it"
Cyrus "it's right there silly"
Me "oh, okay, is it a nice dinosaur?"
cyrus "ya" and falls back asleep
