Graduation

Last year at the end on August Victor noticed that I was going a little crazy staying home all day. So one day in the mail we got a catalog for CSN classes. He handed me the catalog and told me that he wanted me to take a class or two to get out of the house and do something for me. I got looking into it and 1. I realized that classes started the following week and 2. That I only needed 3 classes to finish my associates degree. I scrambled to find the three classes and was able to find one online and the other two at the henderson campus. Thanks to mom watching the kids I was able to attend all the classes and Graduate in December.

When it came time to decide whether or not to walk at first i didn't want to look dumb only getting an associates degree but then realized that it was a 2 yr college and thats all everyone would be getting. So in the end I decided to walk. All day yesterday I had a day off from being the mommy and got to shop for a new dress and then sit through a 2 hour ceremony all to myself though I could hear my kids from the top row. Thanks to Victor for taking care of them all day and letting me have my day. We ended the night out to dinner with mom and dad and the in-laws. When all was said and done victor asked me if it was all I hoped it would be and what my favorite part was and I think my favorite part was the new dress. It was just nice to have some "me" time...
